To secure your booking please make your deposit of JPY5,000 per person within 3 days start from the day you receive deposit request from our PayPal account, or within 24 hours if your booking request is less than less than 3 days from course starting date. All booking request will cancel if no deposit received, as a reminder please make sure check the Health Check List before booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY and HEALTH CHECK LIST

I agree and understand the cancellation policy set by Marine House SEASIR on the official English website link Marine House SEASIR Cancellation Policy. If I cancelled on activity day, the cancellation charge will be 100% of full charge.

I will have more than 18 hours rest before my flight if I book for: Leisure Diving, Introductory Diving, Marine Walk before my flight.

I will receive a deposit payment request from SEASIR Co., Ltd. PayPal account. To secure and confirm my booking request I will have to make the deposit payment within 3 days from the date I receive this PayPal request. Or within 24 hours if my booking date is less than 3 days notice from my activity date. Deposit payment according as for SEASIR NAHA Full Day activity, SEASIR AKA accommodation and activity and PADI diving course is JPY5,000 per person; The other activity is full charge. I understand and agreed if I did not make the deposit payment within 3 days, my booking request will be cancel.

I affirm that after checking Marine House SEASIR Health Check List none of us have any question in the Health Check List that answers apply YES to any one of us. I and we agree to accept responsibility for omissions regarding our failure to disclose any existing or past health condition.
